Formatting
editHi Kristine,
Great work so far. Thank you.
Do you think we should get into resume formatting details? I've tried to avoid to much prescription on fonts and positioning and such, and instead focus on general themes that are not specific to any one tool. It's up to you, and I'm not itching to change what you wrote, but I wonder if it's not a trap we can fall into...giving too many picky details at the expense of the main theme which is the importance of content...

- If it's important, include it, IMO. The Jade Knight 08:56, 3 September 2008 (UTC)
"Learning any documentation tool takes only a day or two."
Yikes. If it takes me more than "a day or two" to learn Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Framemaker, or XML, am I to conclude from this assertion that I'm in the wrong place when I aspire to work as a tech writer? Or are the applications that I list here not to be confused with "documentation tools"? What's up with that?
