Hi all, I made this page to serve as only a starting point for more detailed information regarding common surface types and potentially in the future, categories. I don't know exactly when the page will have to subdivided or branched off into other areas, but it's definitely nowhere near that point yet. One area I could potentially see branching out in would the compacted ground category, because obviously the earth is different everythwere, which means that the challenges and opportunities for collecting stormwater from different types of concentrations of minerals, organic matter, and other elements are going to have very much local impacts.
