Pro-situs may think this page should be called Situationist. What do you think? Dx (discuss • contribs) 18:34, 6 September 2015 (UTC)
- And "anti-situs" might think?
- "Situationist" is either an adjective modifying a noun (in which case it would be inappropriate alone. "Situationist perspective" might be proper, but ... isn't that what "Situationism" is?
""Situationist" can also, in context, refer to a person. Rarely would we want this as a resource name on Wikiversity. Think of "artist," vs art or art practice or art movement. "Physicist," rather than physics. However, possible: Professions/Physicist, that's possible. Professions/Situationist. Any money in it?
- Summary. There is a reason why the Wikipedia article is w:Situationist International and the original page was w:Situationism. Notice that the present Situationism page is a redirect to the SI page, but mentions that it could become an article of its own. Both are specific topics, and Situationist is more general, I'd assume. --Abd (discuss • contribs) 21:20, 6 September 2015 (UTC)
