fyi: not seeing math here. There is both syntax of a computer language (ADL), and what seem to be references to sections that don't exist yet (e.g. "conc" likely Conclusion). Original text likely from a paper published elsewhere, thus the odd formatting mentioned by prior discusser. --W3 - B.S.
