I need some help with Wikiversity:Templates. I keep seeing things like this:

MediaWiki markup as a Turing Machine? edit

How to study edit
I would say the best way to study this issue is to download MediaWiki package, install and synchronise. Lucky are poeple who can install it on PC or their own server.--Juan 22:12, 30 July 2008 (UTC)
