Open Letter edit
I think we should draft an open letter to the open source/free software community asking for support for this learning project.
Possible recipients:
- Xiph.org
- Audacity community
- LADSPA group
- Rosegarden
- ...many more

This open letter may be a good way to promote Wikiversity, support open content and create learning resources for building up repositories and outlets for it.
I don't think it is at all inappropriate to advertize open source tools on certain Wikiversity-sanctioned sites, both internal and external. In fact, I think a Wikiversity Internet Audio platform should be quazi-commercially supported through a sponsorship or private grant agency that may spring from learning projects as Entrepreneurial businesses.
