Content is good, though two items to add: 1) In the first section, should include guidance about poster/presentation submissions being several months in advance of conference registration. 2) For the section "If accepted or want to attend the conference regardless", this feels like it should be separated into two separate section: one for poster/presentation prep, and one for additional steps (or merge this content with the previous section).
