Please feature Automatic transformation of XML namespaces

Like a year or three ago I was asked by somebody (I don't remember who.) to make my Automatic transformation of XML namespaces featured. I declined the idea saying it is yet too early. It was because I was going to thoroughly rewrite my software that implements this specification. My plans changed, and I am not asking to feature this project on Wikiversity as a prominent example of research content. TBH, the text is yet somehow drafty.
