Wrong URL for MDQ PDFs

In this section: Psychometric properties of screening instruments for adult bipolar disorder, two PDF links (in the table) for the MDQ are not correct: Adult Self-Report (Long, English) and Adult Self-Report (Short, English). They link to the Mood and Feelings Questionnaire (Long & Short versions).
