Is Eventmath Us-centric or available to anyone?

I started reading this project page and immediately saw thisː

Example 1 Bad: "Election math"

Good: "Proportions and voting power under the Electoral College"

Most of those who live outside of the usa (and maybe even some who do not ː) have no clue what the term "Electoral College" means. So I am wondering if this is an oversight or is Eventmath not meant for a worldwide audience? Just curious? Ottawahitech (discuss • contribs) 17:57, 3 November 2021 (UTC)
