Which part is named outside; while, which part can be called 'inside'

I have been considering this question in philosophical perspectives for long time. Somehow, I was also confused in it. The nature of this question can be transformed to another one: Online, who can be your trusted friend companying with you? And whom can you believe in? Furthermore, For your dreamed 'travelling channel' online, who can really take your stance to think about the worlds? And, who can fight together with you and never give up you as the true peer? Indeed, whom should the firewall really be applied against, for your purposes?
