There seems to been a school on Meteorology started possibly coming from the Aviation angle. At some point these will need to be all linked up consistently.
James89: Nevertheless, climate and meteorology can be closely related but should to a degree still remain seperate. Climate looks at the long term dynamics of weather, whilst meteorology assesses the short term dynamics of weather.
