The current plans for this page include the following:

• General wording cleanup.
• Expand on history of C making extensive use of Wikipedia articles.
• Add the introduction section of the C Programming book as a prerequisite for this lesson.
• Add tutorials for getting and using the compilers which will be used in the examples and projects in this topic. These will be separate pages linked from this page.
• Remove broken and dated material.
