This page appears to be primarily speculation. In trying to present a biblically accurate portrayal of the New Testament, is such speculation appropriate? The Jade Knight (d'viser) 23:54, 26 August 2009 (UTC)
- Once again, you make a good point, Jade Knight, though I prefer the word "interpretation." I think the main thing here is that it should come across as an attempt to make sense out of a difficult text, and not as any kind of a definitive statement. It's intended to be a thought-provoking starting point for continued analysis and discussion.
- Let me also add that apart from a few small insights here and there, all of these ideas are in common circulation and can easily be found in numerous published works. I've merely attempted to synthesize them in a way which is orderly and easy to follow.
