The Right Way to Connect with Communities

• we must be conscious of the fact that the community has its own ideas and dreams
• we need to provide resources to assist communities to help themselves
• funders can provide resources
• corporates can provide good markets for products
• communities have indigenous knowledge
• we are people who have rights
• lets all work together but we must respect each other
• you may come with resources and offer assistance but you must respect the community.
