Welcome to the Wikiversity School of Languages Studies. It covers all topics related to linguistics, literature and languages as well as their cultures and their histories. Linguistics is the science that studies the structure of a language and its development.
The Wikiversity School of Languages Studies comprises three main divisions: languages, linguistics and literature. The Languages Division, called Wikilang, aims at studying and teaching all languages, including dead and constructed languages. The Linguistics Division studies the structure of languages and their development. The Literature Division studies and analyses the written works in different languages. Sometimes the studies of ancient languages are part of the School of Classics that studies the ancient world, but the learning resources about ancient languages will also be listed under Wikilang for easy referencing.
