RuralWeb focuses on the creation of content and knowledge sharing. RuralWeb doesn't focus on hardware and providing internet.

• Ruralweb is:
  • A community of IT-specialists (Dutch and African people)
  • Helping each other with IT-work:
    • creating IT work
    • help to solve IT problems
    • etc.
• Vision on ICT
  • The future will probably be in model driven development (Mendix, Triggre, Pega), but also hardcore development skills (Java, SQL, etc.) will be necessary to solve the more complex issues.
