Power Supply Testing/Tutorial on how to turn the power supply

1. A get the power supply.

2. Remove the screws and open the power supply.

3. Locate one black wire.

4. Locate the only green wire.

5. Use the wire strippers to stripper both wires.

6. Join them.

7. With electrical tape, tape the green and black wires.

8. Plug in the power cord. The fan should start spinning.
