WELCOME TO THE SCHOOL OF
Classics
PART OF THE FACULTY FOR HUMANITIES.
Classics is the study of the ancient world. It encompasses art, politics, history, literature, language and archeology. Classics is also concerned with the later reception of those artifacts - such as the use of Medieval Latin, or modern architecture's ancient roots. The traditional European university was concerned chiefly with Greece and Rome, but this school hopes to represent "classical" culture from across the globe.

ParticipateeditFor more information on current works in project and proposed departments please see Participate
The histories of Wikiversity pages indicate who the active participants are. If you are an active participant in this school, you can list your name here (this can help small schools grow and the participants communicate better; for large schools it is not needed).
Learning ResourceseditFor now, any learning resources will be placed here. This will help editors when searching for resources to place within departments.
