Receiving any property stolen or obtained by crime:
- (i) knowing; or
- (ii) being reckless as to whether
the property has been stolen or so obtained.
Doctrine of Recent Possession* edit
Where:
- defendant is in possession of recently stolen property; and
- the defendant offers no explanation or his explanation is inadequate
the jury is entitled to infer guilt.
