Definition

1. By force or threat and without claim of right compelling any person to execute, make, accept, endorse, alter or destroy any document capable of conferring any pecuniary advantage with intent to obtain a benefit; OR
2. With menace or by threat, demanding any property from any person with intent to steal it.
