Hangul
editKoreans may believe that Hangul is ideal. But it is quite defective in fact. Above all, long and short vowels are unsaid.
- Maybe not best
- No difference from long and short vowels.

Arae-a
editː Arae-a (아래아)
The Revised Romanization of Korean (RR) does little justice to old Korean language.
The Roman /v/ shall romanize the uniquely outlawed vowel /ㆍ/, namely 아래아 (arae-a). Accordingly, the hangul for hvi ("sun"), for example, may be put 희 (in italic), 희 (in bold face), 희 (underlined),희(stroked), or even히(stroked). The basicalㅎshould be self-evident.
