There are more than six billion human all over the world now. More than one billion are Muslims as per available information. Muslims live their lives according to the teachings of prophets of Allah, particularly the last prophet, Muhammad. Muslims live in almost all countries of the world and worship only one Allah. Majority of the Muslims live in Asia and follow/apply the shariah laws upon themselves. The interpretation and application of shariah laws are considered to be the duties of Muslim religious leaders/scholars in consultation with other law experts and government functionaries.
