Team Member Roles and Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities on the project by team member

The following were the responsibilities of each team member during this project:

Stephen

  • (Project Manager) Responsible for coordinating all aspects of project. Oversees documentation and tasks involved with project. Arranges team meetings and relays information to all team members re: messages from SME and communication from one another.

Shaun

  • (Resource Coordinator)
  • (Technical Coordinator) Obtains, provides and maintains all research material required to facilitate project. Oversees :technical implementation of project and Wiki site.

Susan

  • (Evaluation Coordinator)
  • (Supplemental Lesson Material Coordinator) Coordinates the formative evaluation of this course, including: locating a target audience of 3 instructors; scheduling a location where the course would be held; gathered all materials needed for use during the instruction of the course; possibly videotape all of the lessons; personally observed the instruction. Oversees all supplemental lesson materials.

Prepare the glossary and list of materials required to teach the lesson, as well as creates the videos and technical material required. Documents instruction for final report.

Reach consensus on our SME, (Shaun proposed P. Honebein) work in conjunction with the SME to ensure that our instructional materials were accurate and adhere properly to constructivist principles and the Authentic Activity Checklist.

Editing. Contribute to the drafting and revision of all documents.
