  This sets up a leading item (note the • in the above) in Small Things lists, linking to Wiktionary item {{{1}}} at #{{{2}}}, displaying just {{{1}}}, and {{{3}}} giving the hint.  It is the more complex leader but also bypasses the table of contents.
  Use STl for a similar trailing item, STi for a leading item when the link is merely to the English part of the Wiktionary item, or STm for a leading item when the link is to be independent of its display.

  N.B.  Use STK instead when the item immediately follows a heading so that the otherwise excessive blank space is reduced.
