This is the logo for the University of North Carolina's Campus Health Services. Over the course of the past 8 years as an instructor at UNC, I've facilitated a number of student project collaborations with UNC CHS, and they've tended to be very generous with replication of their logo and resources for use in student learning environments and projects. I think that this image will be useful to several of our medical writing students who are working on Wikiversity health pages, and if the community feels that the licensing status raises any issues, I can attempt to obtain formal permission for the use of this image here.
