Même dispositif de la pièce de côté que dans tous nos corsets, donc, développement normal de la cage thoracique, et minimum de compression sur les organes du bassin. Les ressorts placés de dos assurent le soutien de la colonne vertébrale. Leur extrémité supérieure et les petits ressorts placés au sommet du dos compriment les omoplates saillantes. Les bretelles, qui ont un point d'allache fixe sur chacune des pièces de dos, viennent s'agrafer au moyen d'œillets qui permettent d'en régler le tirage, vers le milieu de la pièce opposée. Elles appuyent fortement sur les ressorts, compriment les omoplate et, rejetant les épaules en arrière, donnent à l'amplitude thoracique son maximum d'intensité.

Ces bretelles, mi-partie rigide, mi-partie élastique, ne fatiguent et ne gênent en aucun cas.

Une omoplate est-elle plus saillante, une traction plus grande exercée sur le côté correspondant en favorise la mise en place.
