One English 105 course has looked at the lives of southerners during the Great Depression. https://docsouth.unc.edu/, students have published individuals' life histories during the depression. Classes have engaged in archival research with material from the https://library.unc.edu/wilson/shc at UNC’s Louis Round Wilson Library.
Project edit
Students in the course have studied the Federal Writers' Project archive at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Wilson Library. Each student has chosen an individual to research and record on our class website.
