Introduction to Technical Manuals on the Evidence-Based Assessment Wikiversity

Technical manuals are documents that go into more detail about the development, scoring and use, and research connected to a measure or method. This page is the start of a new section that anthologizes a set of these on Wikiversity.

It is currently a stub, but with a lot of material on the "Discuss" page in lieu of a Sandbox so that it is discoverable and lets others find and contribute to it rapidly.
