There are 150 balloons of 5 colors. If the balloon color is purely random, would expect average of 30 balloons of each color. The average appears closer to 29 with a Standard Deviation of around 4 balloons. More work is needed to count the balloons colors at beginning of game. The rows should add up to 150 balloons.
