Idea

Crazy unicycles and bicycles can be built that are fun to ride. Most cities have an art festival with parades and competitions that involve decorating floats. Others have competitions that involve driving them down the street, or floating them in water and then driving them out of the water. The goal is to build contraptions for such events.
