I asked chatgpt the significance of manuscript and it has led me to Linguistic and paleographic studies which is the studies of written language and it told me the importance of these studies and I learned that the Gutenberg press was one of the first presses and one of the things made with it was the Gutenberg Bible. the bible helped spread knowledge and literacy in the renaissance period. I did not know that the Gutenberg bible was so prevalent to the development of literacy and knowledge and that without it the development of literacy would have been drastically slowed.

I asked chatgpt what was the world like with only orality and told me that oral memory is better so I wondered would oral memory be better today if writting had not existed so it told me that it has declined traditional oral memory. I asked what traditional oral memory means it told me that it is spoken language without written literacy but when I probed about if this was a commonly used phrase and it said not but oral tradition is. so I learned that there is a difference between orality and traditional orality the difference is that orality is a more broad term and traditional orality is more specific to a certain culture and historical context.

Possible topics: I asked chatgpt aspects of game development and what interested me was monetization so I probed and asked about monetization and came to loot boxes and Gacha which is essentially gambling. so I asked what it would be like in the future and it says it will most likely be around because it is a major aspect of income for game developers. I think this topic can be written on with a Wikipedia article because it will most definitely change because of the controversy with gacha and loot boxes especially considering other countries are already looking to be rid of it.
