• On wikimedia commons you can share media like pictures, video, etc.
• Content on wikimedia commons can be shared on all wikimedia projects.

How to upload a file

• Go to http://www.commons.wikimedia.org
• Login or create a user
• Click in the left column on 'upload file' (see red arrow in screenshot below)

Extra info

• template: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Email_templates
• multiple files: It is possible to upload multiple files at once. Use your shift-button to select multiple files.
• permission: When you upload a photo you need to have permission of the photographer.
• categories: Add an category to your pictures
