Overview

This is a study that will explore the experience of CaLD care workers in the residential aged care workforce, to improve working relationships between CaLD and non-CaLD care workers and between non-CaLD care workers and the residents and families. The outcomes will be best practice principles and guidelines for culturally-aware and culturally-sensitive policies, procedures, education and practices in residential dementia care in an increasingly multicultural work environment.
