Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu/Basic body positioning moves

In a previous lesson we mentioned that in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, the concept of gaining dominant position is very important. There are many techniques for gaining dominant positions.

Mount escape: trap and roll edit

This move starts with the fighter on his back on the ground and the opponent in a front mount on his chest.
