Another model of connections, was the integration of the synapse into a single function, and the management of the connection with the use of a Delay-Line in order to integrate in the timing characteristics of both the dendrite and the Axon. Gone were the Instars and Outstars replaced with Lists of "Connections" that consisted of both synaptic models and a delay equivalent to the distance travelled within the cellular processes.
