• Read Introduction to Anishinabe Culture and History, Chapter 1 and answer discussion questions in your notebook.
• See the American Indians and Alaska Natives in the United States map of the North American division map room and locate United States Anishinabe reservations. You may use appendix 1 of the textbook for the names of reservations and bands.

Extra credit

• Write an essay expanding on your answer to one or several of your discussion questions. When you are finished, please email the essay to one of the course tutors for critique and correction and/or post it to this lesson's extra credit page.
