ATP mentor training/The social role of the mentor

ToDo:

  • Time spent with the mentor should be seen as quality time by the protégé.
  • Protégé and mentor must agree on mutual respect.
  • The mentoring relationship is not a friendship; the formal character of the relationship should be respected.
  • The mentor should not be a know-it-all but should be able to motivate a certain respect for education and possibly derive respect from the protégé for the mentor from this.
