The meaning of Yu (given name), Zhang (Family name) is : a brilliant jade-boy from Zhang family. Just like the description, the appearance of this boy is like a round white snow-ball of Khotan Nephrite jade (Wikipedia introduction: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hotan#Nephrite_jade)... So interesting and lovely! To be honest, his time of this famous Sir Haydn's e minor Sonata didn't really come in our piano classroom. In the first draft, according to Haydn's classcial standards, there maybe many problems waiting to be modified... However, I am sure he can give a better edition soon, depending on his hard-working in piano for many years... Therefore, we can give him a chance... Another reason is: in spare time among classes, talks with him told me: his father, recently, was working in New Zealand. All of us knew the very sad and angry affair - Christchurch mosque shootings happened on On 15 March 2019 (Wikipedia introduction:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terrorism_in_New_Zealand#Christchurch_mosque_shootings ), as the new Terrorism breaking world's peace. During this period, his father, as one of the minority group,is still hard-working in New Zealand for this small Chinese family. Sometimes, we concerned very much with his father's security and hoped he would be fine... What can we do? I am only a piano teacher and he is a small piano pupil. Thinking after thinking, we thought of Wiki-family. I said to him: 'Hi, Snow-ball boy, there is a way which could let your father hear your music worldwide...' He told me: 'Yeah, teacher, I will send it to my father; and probably, he would calm himself down there...' I confirmed: 'Yes, everything will be fine... let us pray... in music' That's right, let us pray for the peaceful situation of world...! That is also one meaning of Music & Piano... He has modified many faults and make classical countermelodies much clearer and threaded in parts' communication. It's much more coherent. Meanwhile, the stronger feeling of coda part with his own style has been emphasized, which was given a 'Like' by me. Cool boy, fighting for father in New Zealand and his family! ~~~~ | ||
