English: In everyone's memory, there should be a Mountain standing there strongly, which gave you the senses of belonging and safety. It would be in your hometown, or somewhere you thought it would bring you the happiness from the appreciation of beautiful landscapes in local.

But, currently, mine was of much complication to talk about. Indeed, I used to look forwards to submitting another photography portfolio, with many colourful landscapes and beautiful impressions, as what types of natural impressionism Sir Debussy's music show us. I have dreamed it for long time - to invite peers in Wiki-family to appreciate my hometown - Dalian's mountain group. But, after considering its educational meanings for bettering living environment of the next generations, I thought it was better to try my best identify things clear and tell the facts (I am sorry that it is a very hard job for me in English. And, through analysis, you will find there are some local powers behind this case, which made situations really headache. But, 'truth was truth, and problems needed to be solved' - I respected my academic style in field-research and participant-observation after oversea learning for many years till now. I don't want to merely talk about some happy situations. I preferred to link impressions of logics together in a chain alongside this hill road):

1. This photography portfolio was following another series of my educational portfolio - Bad Traffic Management, about which we can review some pieces of information from Wikimedia Commons (Introduction:

) . Indeed, it was also caused by that case. You knew, after commons cannot search safety and peace from the normal way in the traffic which they should enjoy to pass on, especially in their residential areas - dangerous feelings were there, they turned to avoid bad situations and look for new hopes. Commons didn't want to feel angry walking on their home-road with some possibilities of being rushed down by cars, didn't want to harm themselves (even wellbeing) by endless appeals (no time also) ; they can self create many ways to enjoy a happy walking experience. Then, many of us - some farmers, some daily working young people, some self-learners and volunteers and some teachers, including me - found another way behind our residential area.

2. Yes, it was a small road cut off from mountains, and directly linked to the down stations for railways and buses in normal way. From my participant-observations, it has been made out already for a long period and many residents, especially living in the residential areas tightly in mountains, have the conveniences in using it, from their nature and daily demands. Yet, they will need to turn a huge round and walk for a long distance to get down.

3. But, there were some very complicated problems behind: the landowner used to be military sanatorium, which was shown in the right-bottom corner. They sold the landownership to the developers of real estate, who were build those residential areas for commons locating on the top mouth of this road. Then, people can buy their houses in the residential areas on the top, of which the door (it was a door) has been shown on the left-bottom side of this photography portfolio. In brief, there were some problems, even conflicts in terms of landownership in this Mountain road. However, you knew, people cannot fly to their homes, especially after feeling dangerous to walk upon the other normal way which was mentioned in my 'Bad traffic management' file series. After making this consideration, many young people daily working in city economic developing zones beside the other side of this mountain, some farmers who were willing to beautiful the eco-friendly environment by their own labours meanwhile feeding their little families with vegetables, some residents who were enjoying local landscapes and some would like to get close to the nature, did some climbing as gyms & didn't worry about the rugged mountain-road etc. all made their choices to walk on this road. In every busy morning and some later evening, you can all see it. But, currently, an old broken mental door was raised up blocking commons' road, which we can see the photograph on right-top corner. Indeed, this old broken mental door was set up and fallen down for many times, of which the opened situation in the very near time can be reviewed in the second photograph below the first one on the right-top corner. You can see, it used to be opened for local people's convenience and opened to an economic developing zone with many modern buildings such as Citi, Neo software and other enterprises. Yes, on certain degrees, in my eyes, it symbolized the openness to the world from this area and its islandic people, but... closed... opened.... closed... repeatedly; as commons' waiting hearts... Could it be possible the openness towards the world would be closed sometimes, as this locked door? I think real estate developers and residential servers should associate local residents to solve the difficulties of transport. A bad traffic situation with dangers or a mountain road with natural breaths, at least, departments and their ownerships were sold to residents by sellers. In reasonability, responsibilities for problem-solving they should take. People cannot live only in their departments, without daily in and out. Meanwhile, an area cannot live alone... 　

4. Conditions: If you understand the politics of People's Liberation Army (Wikipedia introduction:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/People%27s_Liberation_Army), you will find some basic principles, which was re-emphasised with neo creativity, especially in this era that the openness to the globalization was highlighted in China: (1) Army needs to depend on the closed family bone with local commons and serve both ones' conveniences though communications and interactions, for union logistical supports and its sustainability; (2) Army is from commons, and should historically protect China commons' benefits, including farmers and various types of working classes ... Did you think commons should also include residents, whose families have accumulated each coin with their youth, sweats and hard labors in the past tens more years, ... for what, for this country's developments from different fields? When knowing landscapes can be sold, we saw money and benefits. But, besides it, what about the closed family bone with commons? Reviewing its history, you will also find: when having closed family bones with commons, this Army can be stronger and can represent both benefits and really work for the whole country's sustainability. In my opinion, about some near-openness areas, there was in no needs to occupy some landownerships with people living in peaceful life. Indeed, it's a Army sanatorium there, whose purpose has right met the peaceful ideas of local life - enjoying quiet life and beautiful landscapes. But around the other beach of this island, plenty areas have already been separated as navy ship bases, but built many villas (for riches or superpower men... I didn't know, and I thought it shouldn't be possible...) and kept the secret without the permissions for residents - no matter. Indeed, commons don't care about it but our own lives. However, no one wants to trap themselves into the conflicts only for a 'non secret road' half-sold to residents and half-opened to economic developing zone, for what? for the openness and the globalized sustainability.

5. Other benefits residents and farmers brought to this area were: in the middle 4 photographs, you can see there are many accumulations of building & decorating wastes hills by hills, damaging local ecological environment. Farmers' farming can change soil' quality and plants can digest them. Meanwhile, some climbers' photographs (the left-top 3 ones) can wake up people to love their living environment and protect it. And more, some gyms, such as climbing mountains, in this busy and manmade city, can associate people to take natural breaths, lose their weights, release their pressures and charge their batteries for better working. Those mentioned above can all contribute to the economic developments, rather than a closed heart... as a locked door. That's why I wrote in the front that I used to be willing to write down another style - with some beautiful impressionism descriptions for visualization; but so bored, currently, it's a big headache education material...

6. Possible suggestions from educational perspectives: (1)-top: Keep this road open and throughout without repeatedly locked and opened (You know, it is the nearest road for residents who are living in residential areas on top of this mountain. this phenomenon reflected local thinking skills' instability for practicing central government's politics, serving people's life and fulfilling their own responsibilities. Closure was really unnecessary. You knew, every day, each person passing through only wishes to be as fast as possible to their right places. Openness was era's main theme; from symbolized meanings to practical meanings, we cannot re-close the openness to the world (facing this road, it is a direct internationally economic developing zone) and the willing of being clearly known about things' 'original faces'); (2) Build 'Plants Recovery Centre', 'Farming planning & protection Centre' and 'Agriculture Research centre' supported by academic powers for ecological protection, the tidy of decorating wastes, and the mountain maintaining; (You knew, from my long-term observation,　the death of large part 'Pinphyta' (and somewhat brand-leaved plants' replacing)in Northern China in this year 2017 was a great signal indicating Global warming (Greenhouse Effect: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Global_warming); why did it happen? what can we do? Do we need to research? (3) Build 'Mountains Climbing & Adventure Community' for guiding all people's interests - body-building, professional training, and landscapes appreciations etc. including local residents, tourists, army men etc. (In this point, more understandings and communications can be made out between army men and commons. As a result, the politics for army men can also be fulfilled; meanwhile, good emotions, rather than unhappy ones, from daily experiences (not conflicts) can be cultivated); (4) Recover army men's public exercising and training here; (Indeed, we were very happy to see some trainings in groups on every morning. It can give us positive moods. But, from my observations, there is non.　Why non? what approaches did sanatorium used for military soldiers' recovery? (Wikipedia introduction: [1])Just keep stable and eat full? No, life's nature was the movement. The scientific approaches should be added some well-being counselling, few body-buildings, the appreciations of natural landscapes, fine arts' cares... but make them lighter, and for self-recovery); (5) careful negotiate the issues about landownership transformation. (You knew, people cannot buy a department, then fly up there everyday. We weren't birds, especially when feeling dangerous walking on the other normal way! Please take humanity to think about this whole case. Following it, what about those supplemental facilities? such as roads, gardens... It's not to say selling out buildings, then no responsibilities left - developer gone away, meanwhile residential servers have no power..., which must confuse all the people: we were living here, facing a beautiful road near natural landscapes, but we cannot go...) (6) Continuously solve transport problems on the other side (yes, it was better than before but...), until the time people feel comfortable rather than dangerous walking on their own ways - without being disordered by cars, even on zebra crossing (Last week, I heard a true story through TV channel: a poor Chinese mother's son was hit down to be a vegetable for many years, which almost destroyed this family. Her son was just on Zebra Crossing... how painful a lesion! ); (7) In a long-term outlook, maintain this road, build some wood pathways, 'climbing cableways' and 'climbing Rest points' in mountains (About this series of mountains, it can be made a opened national park for public's climbing, entertaining, and academic researching)

I wasn't a teacher in fields of environmental education, or Property Rights Protection, or traffic management, or agriculture, or fields planning, or humanity, either investigation and public security etc. However, I have to voice them out, from a volunteering heart, and also for my own life. To be honest, I have many beautiful piano manuscripts waiting for researching. Please let my life easier! I beg! You know, beautiful music is from peaceful and joyful life. I have a dream that one day I couldn't spend much time and energy in other fields but in my own love; I also have a dream to live in a civilized environment without so many troubles and problems... If didn't understand something, no matter, we can teach and learn together until things clear. But, please trust me that there is the real reasonability of life there that we cannot say we don't want to try... 'Facilities' up-building was quite necessary, but soul-engineering from Education can let us know right from wrong, which in my mind, should be highlighted of the more importance...' In a developing Dalian - my hometown, should we forgive it? let it go, Until one day... it will have been self-modified, or destroyed ourselves . Still, Education can only give the participant-observations and some suggestions. Thanks for listen to this talk!
