Other theories?

Hey Doris, I noticed that you added crime and weather to your page, which I think is really intriguing. However I was wondering if there were any other theories that relate to weather, perhaps something that looks at the exams or school and weather? Hey Pheonix, I've tried searching for theories about weather, but so far, I've found little to none. Thanks for the suggestion though. Seasonal Affective Disorder

Seasonal Affective Disorder is covered in Nature and Happiness in less detail and with reference to natural light treatments available Noodles&Wedges 03:48, 1 November 2011 (UTC)

Hey Pheonix, thanks for that suggestion. I can't seem to find anything else that is strongly correlated with weather that contributes to disorders. There are however lots of physiological effects, and the weather changing behaviour etc. But I'll keep a look out if there is anything DorisWeasley (discuss • contribs) 01:21, 11 October 2013 (UTC)

Productivity

Hi Doris, your chapter looks like it is progressing well. I was wondering whether or not you had already had a look into the role that weather plays on productivity? Say are people more or less productive in the warmer or cooler months. This then got me thinking about the role that weather played on well-being - specifically if living in an area that wasn't subject to the extremes of summer and winter? Ah yes, you're absolutely right. I had a conclusion paragraph before but found that I was just repeating myself and it didn't sound good so I got rid of it thinking It wasn't necessary to have one. The flow between ideas could be improved. Content appears accurate. Communication Ideas are communicated clearly through dialogue. Communication via visuals is very creative, but could have been improved in areas (where figures were still are a long period of time). Illustrative examples are used really well throughout.
