EPET or Earthquake Performance Evaluation Tool is the software released on 11/13/2006 to the public through NEES Central and is now available at http://www.seismicevaluation.org/epet/. EPET enables virtual experiments on building models with and without base isolators called Earthquake protectors. On demand, all virtual experiments can be animated. Online version of EPET known as EPET1 is available at [2].

The EPET program has been developed on Visual Studio C++ 6.0 platform [3]. Developers may download the project's source code contained in the ZIP file (complementary to the file above).
